What we ruled out.
Groups publish as they work, not only when they finish. A project that meets its own kill criterion and stops writes it up the same as one that succeeds — quantum has nowhere to put those results, which is most of why this exists.
Nothing here yet
No group has published. The first entries will be Cogitan's own killed research — eight candidates closed in two days, a readout direction killed twice, a photonic accelerator shelved on two structural grounds — written up in the format every group here will use.
Asking people to publish what stopped them is easier after doing it first.
